Natalie is passionate about enhancing each client's natural beauty and creating refreshed, beautiful results while helping them feel confident and completely themselves. When she's not at Spargo, Natalie is busy completing her FNP, spending time with her beautiful daughters and going to concerts.

Carter's love for skincare shines through in every treatment she performs. Her primary goal is to achieve the desired results her clients seek while ensuring they experience a profound sense of relaxation. Carter takes delight in educating her guests about their unique skin needs and empowers them with valuable insights on maintaining healthy skincare regimens through both home care and professional treatments. Grace has been passionate about skincare and aesthetics for 30 years. She especially loves waxing and customized facials, taking time to understand each guest’s skin goals and create a personalized treatment and home care plan.

Her career began after receiving her first facial and loving how amazing it made her feel. What started as a part-time plan quickly became a lifelong career, and Grace still feels incredibly blessed to do what she loves every day.Grace has been passionate about skincare and aesthetics for 30 years. Vanessa brings extensive experience into the aesthetic industry, with a strong passion for promoting healthy skin and overall wellness. Known for her expertise and dedication, she takes pride in helping clients achieve radiant, lasting skincare results. Vanessa is also an Aesthetic Instructor for the Master Aesthetician program at WCTC. When she's not at Spargo you will find her spending time with her family and pets.

Her love for skin draws upon over decades in the beauty industry with a leading career training doctors, nurses, and aestheticians in various areas of medical skin care.  Katie

Yana loves helping clients relax while addressing skin concerns. She loves meeting new clients, building a good client/provider relationship and providing you with the best facial possible. When not at Spargo you will most likely find Yana hanging out with family and friends, creating memories with her boyfriend and hanging with her pup!

Abby loves her job as an Aesthetician. She loves helping clients feel confident and in control of their own skin. She says Skincare is a marathon, not a race and to trust the process. When not at work you will find her spending time with her two kids.

Madyson is our junior Aesthetician who is passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where every guest feels cared for and confident in their own skin. Her goal is to help people look and feel like the best and most beautiful version of themselves!

Lissa has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years, Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal and reflexology are some of the modalities Lissa incorporates in her services, specializing in LaStone Therapy. She would love to meet and care for you here at Spargo.

Angela loves health and wellness and helping people live their best life. She has her Masters Degree in Oriental medicine and is also a licensed acupuncturist. She loves hiking and the outdoor and when not at work you will find her spending time with her husband and awesome two kids. Being a mom is her most favorite job of all.

Russ brings a deep passion for the spa environment and a strong belief in the healing power of massage therapy. Specializing in deep tissue massages, Russ uses his expertise to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. His intuitive techniques help alleviate stress and tension, leaving clients feeling renewed. Outside of work, Russ leads an active lifestyle, enjoying Zumba, Yoga, and Pump classes, as well as spending time in nature. 

As a dedicated Massage Therapist, Emma is passionate about helping clients restore balance to their mind, body and soul She believes deeply in the power of healing touch, compassionate connection, creativity and kindness. Specializing in Swedish massage, cupping & therapeutic bodywork her goal is to create a supportive, nurturing space where every guest feels cared for, relaxed and renewed. 

Outside of the treatment room Emma enjoys making art, writing poetry and teaching art classes. She also loves cooking, spending time outdoors in nature, dancing, and being with her wonderful friends and family.

Betsy wants to help people feel good in their bodies. Her goal is to help clients manage pain without pharmaceutical drugs. Health is such a passion of hers. Betsy is also certified in Swedish stone, PNMT & Cranial Sacral therapy as well. When she's not at Spargo you will find her managing terrain parks at a ski hill during the winter months as well as making snow, grooming the hills and best of all snowboarding! 

From cuts to color, Paige takes time to consult and make sure you reach a level of comfort and understanding for your desired style. Her specialties include hand painted hair color, formal updos and men's cuts but she doesn't stop there!  She is certified in Hand Tied & tape-in Weft Extensions and Keratin Treatments. Paige's thirst to constantly learn and grow with all new trends and techniques has taken her all over the country for advanced training.

Trish, as a seasoned hairstylist is very passionate about fulfilling her client's expectations. She takes great joy in building confidence and being able to be trusted to care for your hair. When Trish is not at work you will find her spending time with family, cooking, travelling to Door County, and taking long walks in nature. She's an avid WI sports fan and loves the Packers, Brewers and Bucks! 

Lindsey is a very detail-oriented stylist passionate about crafting personalized cuts, colors & styles that empower clients to look and feel their best. Outside the salon, she enjoys traveling with her family, playing pickleball, coaching her daughters' basketball team, and actively participating in her church community.

Her work as a stylist seamlessly incorporates her client's requests, expectations, and vision. Kathryns experience, paired with her enthusiasm inspires precise cuts, tasteful color, and individualized style. She believes that collaboration with each client is key to helping them feel beautiful while expressing their uniqueness. When not at the salon, you will find Kathryn soaking up quality family time with her adored husband and three young children.  

Stacey places high value on listening to her clients, understanding their needs, and respecting their hair.  She has always had a passion for making others feel beautiful inside and out... and being in this industry gives her the pleasure to do this every day. Stacey stays updated on all the latest trends through continuing education and strives for unlimited creativity.

From stunning highlights to beautiful bold color; soft layers to edgy fun; well-kept nails to beautiful brows, Kayla's goal is for you to leave the salon feeling like that best version of yourself. With Kayla, you'll experience an authentic relationship and instant connection. Kayla offers manicures and pedicures. She is also certified in Lash Lift & Tint, along with Brow Lamination services. When outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with family, and her two young boys that share her heart.

She has an eye for perfecting your customized look and believes a solid consultation is an important factor for successful results. Haileys specialty is having the ability to bring out a clients unique features and personality through hair.  She enjoys getting to know people, helping navigate their ambitions, and bringing hair goals to fruition! Outside of the salon, you will find Hailey chasing her energetic son and listening to good music. 

Hair and everything Beauty is in Maddys nature! Whether working on extensions, mastering a balayage, creating a sandy blond or rich, glossy color, keeping hair shiny and healthy is most important. Maddy is certified in Aqua Extensions and Keratin treatments... but she doesn't stop there! Maddy is also certified in Lash Lift & Tint, along with Brow Lamination services. She is a R+Co ambassador and always looking for new growth opportunities. Maddy loves to travel and learn about different cultures. Her goal is to eventually travel the world!

Jenna's goal while you are in her chair is to provide an enjoyable and encouraging environment that empowers you with confidence to feel beautiful in your own skin. Jenna loves learning and trying new things related to everything hair and nails. Jenna is passionate about keeping up on the latest trends in the beauty world. Outside of Spargo, Jenna enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sloane is passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and prioritizing their hair health. Drawn to the salon industry by the unique connection between hairstylist and client, she sought a career that blends creativity with personal connection. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and relaxing by the lake or with a good book alongside her two cats. She has a deep appreciation for all types of music, particularly oldies and country, and finds joy in exploring new places.

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, including her work as a former Aveda educator, Heidi is passionate about creating elevated experiences that blend scalp health, relaxation, and exceptional care.

Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, she specializes in luxury headspa treatments designed to help guests feel refreshed, renewed, and cared for. Her mission is simple: to create a space where serenity takes root and every guest leaves feeling their absolute best

Drawing upon her substantial beauty experience, Kaitlin is a master of sculpting perfect brows, lashes, and nails for each individual client
